This policy explains how ARV Mitra makes paid biodata, resume, CV and other document files available.
Original PDF download
A clean original PDF is made available after the server verifies the payment or eligible free entitlement for the exact document and selected template. Open My Documents while signed in with the verified account to download an available file again.
Preparation and availability
PDF preparation depends on the document content and service availability. If the payment provider confirms a charge but the file is not available, contact Support with your order reference so the payment and fulfillment records can be reviewed.
Optional WhatsApp delivery
WhatsApp delivery is optional and requires your explicit consent, a verified destination and a configured messaging service. A send request or provider acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery or read status. Download remains available from My Documents when the entitlement is active.
Access and privacy
PDF files are private and served after an ownership and entitlement check. Do not share your account verification codes or download links. Account deletion removes document content and access while required financial transaction records may be retained.

Use the Contact Support page for delivery issues. The business operator must publish legal identity and a postal support address before accepting production orders.
