ARV Mitra helps you create biodata, resumes and CVs, and helps you apply for government forms and services (Forms & Services). This policy explains the information handled when you use the website and Android app.
Information you provide
Document details and photos are used to prepare previews and documents you request. Guest drafts are associated with a private session token. If you choose phone verification, your phone number and account session support sign-in and document recovery. Support messages include the contact details and message you submit.
Forms & Services
When you apply for a form through us, we collect the answers the form asks for, the documents and photos you upload, and the details you choose to save in your profile so later forms can be filled for you. Our staff see this information only to check it and to apply on the official portal for you, and every opening of an uploaded document is logged. We keep a copy of the details you approved when you submitted an application, the government reference and the receipt. Forms & Services is a private assistance service and is not a government website.
Cyber cafes helping you
A cyber cafe registered with us can help you only after you share a one-time code sent to your phone. That permission lets the cafe see your saved details and work on your applications for 90 days. You can see every cafe that has access and stop it at any time from the app or website; their access ends immediately. Each view or change by a cafe is recorded.
How information is used
We use your information to save drafts, render documents, process requested payments, deliver purchased files, provide account access, prevent fraud and answer support requests. Payment card details are handled by Razorpay checkout on the website and by Google Play in the Android app; ARV Mitra does not receive full card numbers or card security codes.
Storage and retention
Unclaimed guest drafts and their uploaded photos expire after 30 days. Cleanup preserves a draft while it is linked to an active free or paid document or an open payment order. A verified account holder can request account deletion from the Account screen; this removes account access, drafts, photos, document content and previous PDF versions, including locally saved ARV Mitra drafts on the device used for deletion. A one-way phone hash may be retained to prevent a second lifetime free-document claim, and financial transaction records may be retained where required. You can also request help through Support.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account also removes your saved form details, uploaded form documents and your answers, and cancels applications that were not yet paid. While our team is processing one of your applications, the account cannot be deleted until that application is finished. Payment records and the record of applications you submitted are kept for accounting and legal reasons, without your phone number.
Sharing
Information is shared with service providers only to operate requested features, such as hosting, database storage, OTP delivery, Razorpay and Google Play payment processing, message delivery you have chosen (SMS, WhatsApp, phone notifications) and, for Forms & Services, the official portal of the department you are applying to. We do not sell personal information.
Security and your choices
Access controls protect private files and documents. Use a personal device for guest drafts, keep account sign-in codes private and sign out on shared devices. Contact Support to request access, correction or deletion of account information.
