Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers digital biodata, resume and CV templates purchased through ARV Mitra, and payments for Forms & Services applications.
Before payment
Review your information and selected design in the preview. The final amount and selected template should be confirmed before Razorpay checkout opens.
Digital delivery
After the server confirms a captured payment, the purchased clean PDF becomes available in My Documents for download. If payment was captured but the document is missing or incorrect, contact Support with your order details so we can investigate and restore delivery.
Refund requests
Send a refund request through Support with the phone number used for the order, template name and reason. Requests are reviewed against payment status, delivery records, applicable consumer law and payment-provider rules. We will communicate the decision and, where approved, initiate the refund through the payment provider.
Forms & Services applications
If you cancel, or we cannot take up your application, before our team starts working on it, the full amount is refunded to the way you paid. Once the application has been submitted on the official portal, the government fee has been paid to the department and normally cannot be returned by us; our service fee is reviewed case by case. If the department rejects an application, the decision is reviewed and any refund is explained to you.
Purchases in the Android app
Purchases in the Android app are made through Google Play and refunds for them are made through Google Play. A refund made by Google Play also cancels what was bought: a refunded PDF is removed from My Documents and a refunded application that was not yet started is closed.
Cancellation
A checkout that has not been paid can be closed without a charge. A payment already captured cannot be cancelled as an unpaid order; submit a refund request for review.
Service contact
Use the Contact Support page to submit a written request. The site owner must add the business’s legal identity and support contact before live sales begin.
