These terms apply when you create or purchase a document through ARV Mitra, or use Forms & Services to apply for a government form or service. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide information you are permitted to share.
The service
ARV Mitra provides editable forms, design previews and document files. You are responsible for checking that details, spelling, translations, dates and contact information are accurate before downloading or sharing a document.
Accounts and documents
You are responsible for protecting your phone and sign-in sessions. Documents are available to the account or guest session that owns them. One limited correction session may be available for an eligible final document; successful corrections preserve the previous PDF version in your private document library until you delete the document or account. Do not attempt to access another person’s draft, payment or file.
Forms & Services
Forms & Services is a private assistance service and is not a government website or department. We fill and submit forms on the official portal for you using the details and documents you provide and approve. You are responsible for their truth and completeness. The decision on any application belongs to the department, and we cannot promise a result, a date or a seat. If a portal asks for changes or missing documents, we will ask you before going further.
Fees for forms
Before you pay, you see the government fee (passed on to the department as charged by it) and our service fee separately. The app price can be higher than the website price because app purchases are made through Google Play.
Cyber cafe partners
Registered cyber cafes may help customers only with the customer's one-time code and only for that customer. A cafe may not share, sell or reuse customer information. We may suspend a cafe that breaks these rules.
Payments and digital files
The selected template price and applicable taxes, if any, must be shown before checkout. Website payments are processed through Razorpay; payments in the Android app are made through Google Play. A clean PDF is made available only after payment is confirmed by the server and the document entitlement is active.
Your content and permitted use
You keep rights to the personal information and photos you provide. You grant the service permission to process that content solely to save drafts, show previews and generate documents you request. Do not upload content that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and support
Some features depend on external providers and network availability. Contact Support for issues with an order or document. Refund eligibility and request handling are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Operator details
The site owner must publish the operating legal name, business address, tax details where applicable and support contact before accepting production orders.
