Your data is safe with us
You trust us with your phone number, documents and forms. Here is, in plain words, how we protect them and what you can do with your own data.
Your connection is encrypted
Everything between your phone or browser and our servers travels over HTTPS, so nobody on the way can read it.
No password to steal
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone. The code works once and expires in minutes.
Documents are private, never public
Photos, marksheets and IDs are kept in private storage. They have no public web address. They open only for you and, while your form is being processed, for the team working on it.
We record who looked
Whenever our team opens your saved details or documents, the time and the person are written in a log. Our admin panel needs a secret key and a second code from an authenticator app.
A cyber cafe sees nothing without your OK
A cyber cafe can help you only after you share a one-time code sent to your phone. You can switch that access off any time from Cyber cafe access.
Payments go through Razorpay
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page. We never see or store them. We keep only the amount, the time and the status of the payment.
We do not sell your data
Your details are used only to do what you asked: make your document or fill your form, take payment, send you updates. We share data only with the services we need to run the product (for example hosting, message delivery and payment).
You are in control
Download a copy
Account → Your data and privacy → Download my data. You get everything we hold about you in one file.
Delete documents after a while
Choose to have the documents of a finished application deleted after 30, 90 or 180 days. Your official receipt stays.
Sign out other devices
Lost a phone or used a shared computer? Sign out everywhere else with one tap.
Switch off WhatsApp messages
Untick the box at sign-in or switch it off in your settings. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message and we stop at once.
Delete your account
Delete your account, documents and saved details whenever you want. Payment records are kept only as long as accounting and the law require.
An honest note
No system anywhere can promise to be perfectly safe. We keep access small, keep a record of it and fix problems fast. If you think something is wrong with your account, tell us right away through Support and we will look into it.
